Terms & Conditions – Coaching Group Membership

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) set out the terms under which you (“Member,” “You,” or “Your”) access and participate in the Coaching Group (“Service”) provided by Andy Garwood Coaching Ltd (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By joining the Coaching Group, you agree to the following:

1. Membership & Fees

Membership to the Coaching Group is charged at £19.99 per month, payable in advance.

Payments are collected automatically each month via your chosen payment method.

Prices may be reviewed periodically, and you will be notified in advance of any changes.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before your next payment date may result in one final payment being taken.

Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Coaching Disclaimer & Liability

The Coaching Group provides guidance, accountability, and coaching support but is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have any concerns regarding alcohol use, dependency, or withdrawal symptoms, you must seek medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional before joining.

By participating, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions.

[Client’s Business Name] and its coaches will not be held liable for any physical, mental, or emotional issues that may arise from participation in the group or from acting on the guidance provided.

4. Group Conduct

All members are expected to treat others with respect and kindness.

Abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the group without refund.

The group is private and confidential — you agree not to share other members’ personal information outside the group.

5. Access to Services

Upon sign-up, you will receive details on how to access the private coaching group.

Membership includes access to group discussions, events, and coaching sessions as outlined in the programme.

We reserve the right to update, change, or improve group content and delivery at our discretion.

6. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you breach these terms.

In the event of termination by us, any prepaid fees covering future months will be refunded.

7. Indemnification

By joining the group, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Client’s Business Name], its coaches, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the group.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued membership following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
